Information collected
The quote and delivery request form collects a name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, a preferred timeline, and any shipment details added to the request. Contacting Truucker directly by phone or email shares whatever information the message contains. The site has no user accounts and collects nothing else.
How information is used
Details from a request are used to respond, prepare a quote, arrange a pickup or delivery, and keep reasonable business records. Contact information is never used for marketing lists without consent.
Sharing
Personal information is never sold. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the business, for example the email service that delivers form submissions, and where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third party analytics.
Retention
Request details are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet reasonable business and legal record keeping, then deleted.
Access and choices
A request to access, correct or delete personal information can be made any time by writing to dispatch@truucker.com.
